Sue Radford prompts fierce debate among fans who fume ‘way too much’ as family spend Easter in Florida: ‘Not a good thing!’
22 Kids and Counting matriarch Sue Radford has sparked a divided response in the comments section of her latest social media post as the family enjoy a lavish trip to Florida.
In celebration of her 50th, Sue and many of the other Radfords have headed to one of their favourite holiday destinations they frequent several times a year – Disney World in Orlando.
Among other snaps shared on her Instagram Stories, Radford shared a post of her cooling down form the Florida heat with a gigantic cup of what seemed to be Coca Cola.
She penned in the caption: “Look at the size of this take out cup (bucket) how much would one of these be at service station in the UK it was £1.50 equivalent here.” (sic)
While the drink appeared far bigger than standard sizes offered in the UK, some fans took offence to the comment and pointed out the purchase is “not a good thing”.
One commented: “This is why the American healthcare system is broken. Massive portions of cheap food, hugely bad for health, loaded with sugar and fat. Tastes lush though, so you want more. Love the Mickey ears.”
“Rude!! Okay it’s more expensive in the UK but only because everything is gigantic size in the states which is why they have an obesity explosion,” a second remarked.
A third echoed this view, adding: “This is why they have the higher obesity rate haha,” while another shared: “Way too much and likely 3/4 sugar.”

“Yeah…that’s not a good thing. They are charging their people… to kill them,” someone else added.
Others agreed the treat looked tempting though, with one writing: “Probably need to get a mortgage out for it in the UK! It looks so refreshing!!”
“Ha ha the I detect jealousy and hate is real. Living the dream. Enjoy every moment,” another advised.
While the Radfords seem to be enjoying their trip, it hasn’t been without its chaotic moments.
The mother-of-22 also recently shared her annoyance about a change the park had made to a ride.
She wrote: “95 minute wait for Guardians of the Galaxy. Not liking the fact they removed the virtual queuing system. Anyone else wish they’d kept that system?”
The family also suffered a chaotic start to the trip when several of them were banned from the flight and left stranded in Gatwick Airport.
Earlier in the month as the family set off for the sunny adventure, 23-year-old Millie Radford faced a nightmare situation.
Also taking to Instagram, the mother-of-three shared how one of her children was able to board the plane with her mother, while she and her two older kids were forced to remain at Gatwick Airport.
Despite being separated from daughter Elodie, Ophelia and Chester faced the same issue as their mother and weren’t allowed on the flight.
The incident was down their ESTAs being out of date, with the travel authorisation used by visitors traveling to the US without a Visa.
The newlywed shared a series of posts to her Instagram Story detailing the stressful situation.
The first showed her son Chester playing on the floor with a toy, alongside which she wrote: “So glad he doesn’t understand this disaster we are having,” followed by crying emojis.
In a second post, she penned: “Guys let this be your reminder to double check your ESTA because mine, Chester and Ophelia’s had [run] out and we [were] rejected being allowed on our flight today to America, and Harley and Elodie [were] able to get onto the flight.
“[Luckily] we have re-applied and they have all come back in time for us to fly tomorrow.
“My dad has stayed to help me thank god because we’ve had to travel hours to another airport from Gatwick.” (sic)
