Eamonn Holmes issues brilliant takedown of ‘social media haters’ as he shares ‘determined’ health update
Eamonn Holmes returned to social media on Friday with a fantastic message to those who use the platforms to spread negativity.
The GB News Breakfast star proved he was rising above “social media haters” as he continues to battle against the pain of “disc immobility”.
Eamonn has been incredibly candid about his struggles with his health in recent years, bravely sharing his ordeal living with chronic back pain.
The GB News fan-favourite underwent surgery in 2022 for a slipped disc and has since been using a wheelchair and walking aids.

Despite the lingering physical pain, Eamonn remains stoic in his stance not to let the ailment get him down.
So much so, he’s been applauded by his Instagram followers for his latest update today in which he insisted he was “determined” to keep living life to the fullest.
Sharing a selfie from his car as the sun hit his face, Eamonn penned to his 783k followers: “Even when The Sun shines there’s pain.
“Sometimes I feel I’ll never beat this disc immobility but I’m determined to have a life…
“So pray for me,” Eamonn continued before signing off with a brilliant message to any naysayers on the platform.
“Help me or get out of the way Social Media haters,” he concluded, followed by a tongue-out emoji. (sic)
Eamonn was promptly flooded with messages from his followers, with several applauding the TV presenter for his “determined” outlook and stern message to the “haters”.
“Oh eamonn sending so much love and well wishes,” one fan replied before a second echoed: “Best wishes Eamonn thinking of you.”
A third agreed: “Awe honey sending you hugs honey why don’t you try thermal pool that would help.”
“Stay determined,” another added followed by a praying emoji, while a fifth urged: “Take care, forget the haters they have a sad life.” (sic)
Eamonn’s latest update comes days after he delighted fans once more with a sun-soaked peek into a getaway to the seaside.
Soaking up the rays, Eamonn shared a snap of himself donning a pair of shades enjoying an ice cream.
“Even my mouth wasn’t big enough for this,” the GB News star teased. “Love an ice cream x.” (sic)
