Tulisa dishes awkward Coleen Rooney snub as ITV I’m A Celebrity star suffers mishap in trial first-look
ITV has released a first-look clip of Wednesday’s Bushtucker Trial ahead of the next episode of jungle drama.
In it, N-Dubz star Tulisa is the unfortunate celeb taking part in the aptly named Shock Around the Clock.
The 36-year-old is strapped into a moving clock dial surrounded by creepy crawlies while Ant and Dec pepper her with general knowledge questions that she must answer in return for stars.
Tulisa’s reluctance to take part in the trial was evident from the point she was told the public had voted for her to do it over Maura Higgins on Tuesday night.
The singer screamed and held her head in her hands after Ant and Dec had dropped the bombshell, prompting McPartlin to sarcastically remark: “That went well.”
In the trial area, Tulisa goes ahead with her mission to win stars for camp – although she may not want to tell Coleen Rooney and Melvin Odoom how one section of the task went.
During the trial, McPartlin asks a dishevelled Tulisa: “Name all 12 campmates currently on I’m A Celebrity this year. Your 60 seconds starts now.”
With that, the apparatus that Tulisa is strapped into begins to turn as she starts counting on her fingers.
“Oti [Mabuse], Barry [McGuigan], GK [Barry], Danny [Jones]…” Tulisa begins without a hitch as Ant and Dec count along.
“Maura, Richard [Coles],” she adds as the dial approaches the halfway mark and McPartlin tells her: “That’s six!”
Growing frustrated, Tulisa soon stalls and angrily says: “Erm, who are my campmates? For God’s sake, Tulisa!”
“Yourself?” McPartlin teases which prompts Tulisa to reply: “Myself! Jane [Moore], Alan [Halsall]… Dean [McCullough]!”
With the dial quickly returning to its original spot, the pressure builds for Tulisa to name her final two campmates: Rooney and Odoom.
“Two more to get, come on!” Donnelly shouts but Tulisa soon admits defeat: “I can’t think, I literally can’t think.”
Fans will have to tune into Wednesday’s show to see how Tulisa gets on with the rest of the trial and whether or not forgetting Rooney and Odoom will have an impact on ties within the camp.
In the meantime, many viewers are still reeling from the scenes in Tuesday’s episode, particularly when it comes to McGuigan’s hidden talent.
