ITV Emmerdale star welcomes third baby with adorable video as sweet name revealed
Emmerdale actor Danny Miller has welcomed his third child, a baby boy named Vincent, born on July 10.
The 34-year-old star, who portrays Aaron Dingle in the ITV soap, announced the arrival on Thursday evening via Instagram.
Miller shared the joyful news alongside a photograph featuring his wife Steph and their two older children, three-year-old Albert and two-year-old daughter Edith.
The actor expressed his delight at expanding their family, writing on the social media platform: “Welcome Vincent Miller. Born 10/07/25, Weighing 8lb 8oz. We could not be happier with our family of 5.”
The birth comes three months after the couple revealed they were expecting their third child together in April.
The soap star also posted a touching video capturing the moment Albert and Edith met their new sibling for the first time.
He captioned the footage: “When 4 became 5. The one where Albert & Edith meet their new baby brother.”
Fellow actors and celebrities quickly flooded the comments section with congratulatory messages. Catherine Tyldesley wrote: “Congratulations darlings! What a beautiful lil fam xxxx”, whilst Brooke Vincent added: “well done Steph!!!!!!!”
Lisa Riley, who plays Mandy Dingle in Emmerdale, shared: “So much love to you all.”
The pregnancy announcement in April saw Miller posting a family photograph on Instagram with the caption: “Three is the magic number.”
His wife Steph later shared images on her Instagram Stories, displaying her growing bump in a black bodysuit.
During the April announcement, Miller’s Emmerdale colleagues rushed to offer their congratulations.
Lisa Riley expressed: “So much love”, whilst Laura Norton, who portrays Kerry Wyatt, responded with numerous heart emojis.
Lucy Jo Hudson commented: “Mate congratulations”, and former Coronation Street star Georgia May Foote wrote: “Congratulations!!”
This Is England actor Thomas Turgoose added: “Get in. You absolute mad man. dad life is gonna be mad life”.
At the time, Steph had shared her excitement about the pregnancy on her Instagram Stories, expressing how thrilled she was to “become a mum again soon” whilst showcasing her baby bump.
Miller’s announcement follows a pattern of joyful family news from the Emmerdale cast in recent years.
