Eamonn Holmes has revealed he’s been rushed to hospital in an ambulance after a nasty fall at his home.
The 65-year-old presenter was met with a wave of supportive comments after sharing the incident on his social media.
Alongside a photo of the inside of an ambulance in which only the People’s Channel presenter’s feet are visible, he wrote on Instagram: “An unexpected journey this morning…
“Bit of a fall on the bathroom floor. Gosh it hurts . Thank you Ambulance crew.”
It didn’t take long for worried fans to send messages of support in the comment section, with many wishing Eamonn a speedy recovery.
One penned: “Oh Eamonn, sending much love,” with another concerned fan adding: “Get well soon Big man, less dancing more singing in the bathroom from here on.”
“Oh goodness. Hope you have a speedy recovery Eamonn,” a third wrote, while a fourth shared: “Get well soon.”
