Mickey Rourke, 72, branded ‘disgusting’ by ITV CBB viewers over kitchen habit: ‘Traumatised’
Celebrity Big Brother star Mickey Rourke has already landed himself in trouble with his inappropriate behaviour towards host AJ Odudu and his remarks in tonight’s episode towards JoJo Siwa, and now another habit of his has disgusted viewers.
The current edition of the ITV reality show only kicked off on Monday, but the actor, 72, already has plenty to answer for.
In the show’s spin-off show, Late and Live, Rourke was seen in footage brushing his teeth in the kitchen sink.
Siwa, 21, attempted to show him where the bathroom was, but he refused to move and carried on brushing his teeth over dirty dishes.
Several of his housemates, such as Patsy Palmer, also appeared horrified – and it didn’t take long for viewers to air their disgust on social media.
One wrote on X: “Mickey brushing his teeth in the kitchen sink while Angellica Bell and Patsy Palmer look on in disgust… this series is going to DELIVER!!”
“Patsy Palmer when Mickey Rourke was brushing his teeth over the kitchen dishes #CBBUK #BBUK,” a second penned.
Another shared: “JoJo Siwa trying to stop Mickey Rourke from brushing his teeth over the kitchen dishes as Patsy Palmer heaves in the background. #CBBUK.”

“Between Mickey brushing his teeth in the kitchen sink and Michael’s a***, I am traumatised #CBBUK #CBBLL,” another echoed.
“Mickey Rourke brushing his teeth over the kitchen dishes,” one more shared.
Others thought the tweets were an overreaction though, with one adding: “Can’t understand why people are grossed out by Mickey Rourke using the kitchen sink to brush his teeth, a sink is supposed to be cleaned regularly so what is the problem?” (sic)
In a sneak peek at Wednesday’s episode, ITV revealed Rourke had received a warning from Big Brother.
He upset singer Siwa, 21, who accused him of being “homophobic” during a conversation in which he asked about her love life.
In scenes set to air tonight, he asked: “Do you like girls or boys?”
“Me? Girls. My partner is non-binary,” the singer and dancer replied.
“If I stay longer than four days, you won’t be gay anymore,” the actor and former boxer commented in response.
Siwa shut him down by emphasising: “I can guarantee I’ll still be gay and I’ll still be in a very happy relationship.”
Later, Rourke chatted to Chris Hughes, asking about the voting and eviction process.
He told the Love Island star: “I’m going to vote the lesbian out real quick,” but Siwa overheard and remarked: “That’s homophobic, if that was your reasoning.”
“You can’t do that Mickey,” Hughes, 32, agreed, to which Rourke replied: “I need a f**.”
Gesturing towards Siwa, he added: “I’m not talking to you,” prompting Hughes to point out: “Mickey, you can’t say that.”
“I know. I was talking about a cigarette,” the actor argued, leaving Siwa upset and being comforted by Hughes.
