Michelle Keegan marks milestone celebration with rare glimpse of newborn daughter: ‘Special day’
Michelle Keegan marked her first Mother’s Day with a series of adorable photos as the actress shared the highlights of her special day.
Keegan, 37, shared a rare glimpse of newborn baby Palma, who arrived just weeks ago, as she enjoyed a day Southend.
The former Coronation Street star announced weeks ago she and husband Mark Wright had welcomed their daughter and first-born child.
Alongside the carrousel of photos, Keegan wrote: “Such a special day from start to finish. Happy Mothers Day.” (sic)
One photo, a black and white image, showed Keegan cuddling her newborn, who wore a cardigan which read “Palma” on the back.
Another adorable image showed the tiny tot clutching her mother’s hand, while other snaps depicted Keegan’s celebratory day out.
The Brassic star also showed how she sported a necklace reading her daughter’s name as she enjoyed a meal at a fancy restaurant by the seaside.
Many took to the comments to gush over the sweet snaps, with one writing: “Beautiful as always. You look amazing.”

“Happy 1st Mothers Day I hope you had a wonderful day with those you love & your precious little Palma. Enjoy every minute as it [flies] by in the blink of an eye,” a second advised.
Another wrote: “Awww Happy Mother’s Day beauty. So happy for you.”
“Happy Mother’s Day! Beautiful name. And wow you have bounced well and truly right back you look incredible xxx,” someone else penned.
Another commented: “Gosh how lovely and your looking fab,” with one more writing: “Such a Lovely Mothers Day.” (sic)
Keegan and Wright shared on March 12 that Palma had been born six days earlier.
Sharing a black and white snap on her Instagram page, Keegan penned in the caption: “Together we have a new love to share… Our little girl. Palma Elizabeth Wright. 06.03.2.”
The photo showed Keegan and her ex-The Only Way is Essex husband Wright, 38, holding onto the newborn’s tiny hand.
The couple, who got married in 2015, live together in Essex, and announced in December last year they were expecting a baby together.
Sharing the news in 2024, Keegan posted a snap of herself and her husband, with her baby bump visible as she wrote: “2025 is going to be a special one for us…” along with a baby emoji.
Since they welcomed Palma, the couple have been private about their lives as new parents, and when rare snaps of the baby are shared, her face remains out of the frame.
