ITV The Masked Singer’s Kingfisher rumbled as famous British comedian – and it’s not Harry Hill
The Masked Singer fans are continuing to theorise who the famous faces under the masks could be, and while Kingfisher’s identity has been linked to comedian Harry Hill, it seems likely that the real celeb could be a different British funny man.
Kingfisher performed a couple of weeks ago on the hit ITV show, providing an array of clues, which new data suggests could be pointing towards Simon Farnaby.
As he made his latest appearance, Kingfisher explained: “Kingfishers can fly all over, enjoying the great outdoors.
“And there’s nothing better than a nice relaxing day down by the water.
“Don’t you agree? A bird’s eye view of the world passing by. And I’m ready to swoop onto the Masked Singer stage.
“The one show I’ve been waiting for. I’ve earned respect in my chosen career, and now it’s time for another feather in my fishing cap.”
The disguised celebrity continued: “I’m no warbler, but I have been known to showcase my kingfisher chorus from time to time. Maybe I’ll get a taste for it.
“Kingfishers don’t fish for kings, but I have caught a prince or two in my time.”
New stats from Gambling.com theorises Farnaby, 51, might be behind the mask, with the Ghosts star being named the favourite with one betting company.
The company has given odds of 11/10 of Farnaby the celeb posting as Kingfisher, with Harry Hill coming second at 5/3, followed by Bob Mortimer with odds of 11/8.
Many fans seem to agree with the theory, with many taking to social media to share the same prediction.

It comes after a dramatic episode aired last Saturday, with Macy Gray, who used the disguise of Toad in the Hole, storming off after being voted out before being unmasked.
Stunned host Joel Dommett shrugged at the cameras as he was forced to keep everything together and ended up making some impromptu jokey remarks while producers attempted to get the show back on track.
